HR Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintaining and updating employee records both in soft and hard copies. - Supporting the administration of HR policies and procedures. - Handling employee queries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner. - Coordinating training and development programs. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Supporting performance appraisal processes. - Generating reports and documentation as required by HR management. To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in an HR role preferred. - Familiarity with labor legislation and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/HRIS is a plus.
