HR Executive- IT

Role Overview: As an HR Executive in the IT sector, you will be responsible for recruitment activities. This includes sourcing and screening candidates from various platforms and coordinating interviews with technical panels and hiring managers. You will also be involved in maintaining recruitment MIS and ensuring statutory compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, etc. Documentation and verification tasks related to employee records and background verifications will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases - Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers - Conduct HR rounds and maintain recruitment MIS - Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, etc. - Maintain employee records and perform background verifications - Handle new hire and exit documentation - Support audits and compliance-related tasks Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in HR within the IT industry - Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Additional Company Details: (if provided) N/A,
