Position: HR & Payroll Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years
Note: payroll under MIND AXIS
Job Description:
· Handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation and exit formalities.
· Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations and attendance records.
· Handle leave management, employee records and HR documentation.
· Work on HRMS software for employee data management, attendance, leave and payroll processing.
· Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
· Assist with statutory compliance, PF, ESIC and other payroll-related activities.
· Maintain accurate employee databases and HR reports.
Requirements:
· 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
· Hands-on experience working with HRMS software is mandatory.
· Good knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
· Proficiency in MS Excel.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
Employment Details:
· Payroll will be under Mind Axis.
· The candidate will be deployed at a client organisation.
· Client company details will be shared during the interview.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
