The HR Executive will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department. Responsibilities: Maintaining entire database of Employees, Interns and Consultants. Facilitate the onboarding processes for Employees, Consultants and Interns. Facilitate the offboarding processes for Consultants. Updating employee details in Master file & HRMS portal on daily basis. Handling BGV for the new Joiners. Co-ordinating with an admin team for successful onboarding of employees by assigning ID card & Biometric. Managing Probation confirmations. Issuing renewal work orders to consultants on monthly basis. Maintaining the records of OT, Internet, Attendance, TDS, and Invoices of Consultant. Address and manage queries from consultants, providing timely and effective support. Rendering support for Consultant Payroll. Through job shadowing, obtain knowledge about the state compliance procedures in Tamil Nadu. To be part of employee engagement activities planning. To help maintain our audit records and ensure we are following the procedure for our monthly audit documentation process. Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Good in Communication Good Knowledge in MS Office Knowledge in HRMS modules is an added advantage Strong Interpersonal skills Self Starter
