HR Executive- Business Development Assistant cum Client Relation Executive

A&A Infotech Solutions is a non-voice BPO company operating from Trivandrum catering to business needs of US clients. We are currently looking for young and energetic aspirants to join our team as Business Development Executive- cum Client Relation Executive from Kerala only.

Proven working experience as a business development executive / Project Manager/Process Manager, sales executive or a relevant role in BPO Sector.

• Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.
• Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
• Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
• Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
• Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English(verbal).
• Market knowledge (IT field , BPO- Both Voice and Non-Voice)
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Any UG/PG Degree
• Needs to work on Rotational shift (Night shift, Evening shift & Evening shift -on a weekly rotational basis)
• Need to come to office for the first 2 months (Morning shift at Office).

Compensation

• First 3 months of training Rs. 10,000 per month will be provided.
• On successful completion of training, minimum salary structure will be Rs. 15,000 + night shift allowance + overtime allowance
