Job Description – HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews with the management team.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Follow up on offers and joining dates.

Requirements:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring.
Freshers can apply; experience preferred.
Ability to meet hiring targets.
