Job Description

Focused HR is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Manage attendance and leave records and coordinate payroll activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Maintain accurate HR databases and prepare reports using MS Excel.

Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Sound knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR processes.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.
Ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
