HR Executive

An HR Executive in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm manages end-to-end recruitment (especially for article assistants, paid assistants, and tax/audit staff), handles employee onboarding and documentation, tracks attendance and leaves, and supports payroll processing alongside statutory compliances.

• Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for audit, taxation, GST, and corporate finance roles, as well as managing the induction of CA article assistants.
• Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Assisting in monthly payroll inputs, tracking stipends/salaries, and managing employee records.
• Statutory & Labor Compliance: Supporting documentation related to local labor laws, contractor/staff records, and internal firm policies.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing joining formalities, issuance of appointment/internship letters, ID cards, and exit interviews.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Acting as a bridge between management, article clerks, and staff to resolve day-to-day workplace issues.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR operations (prior experience in a professional services or CA firm is preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for data and tracker management), basic HRIS/payroll tools, and applicant tracking.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle high-pressure audit-season dynamics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
