HR Engagement Manager

Role Overview: As an HR Engagement Manager in Mumbai, your role will be crucial in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will need to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and align internal resources to achieve client goals. Your capacity to address issues, manage risks, and find effective solutions to client and project challenges will be key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement comprehensive strategies and programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale. - Conduct regular skip level meetings with teams and share observations with senior stakeholders. Keep minutes of meetings updated and shared. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Monitor Business Quotient (BQ) progress across teams and assist with Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) initiations. Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and improvement plans. - Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Connect with Business HR for progress and regularly connect with attrition cases and attrition analysis. - Collaborate with Delivery, Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), and Resource Management Group (RMG) to track progress on closing open positions. Collaborate with Site Leader and Delivery to handle disciplinary proceedings. - Showcase hiring strategy, attrition, diversity, and retention initiatives during senior delegates from client visits. - Collaborate with Talent Development (TD) team to bring in relevant interventions to improve mid-level leadership competencies.
