Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Coordinator at Wipro Limited, your role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. You will be part of an inclusive and international team that is passionate about creating seamless processes for an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a direct HR point of contact for employees" queries related to various HR processes and issues, with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach - Advise employees on German-specific labor laws including terminations, sick leave, health insurance queries, maternity leave, parental leave, work accidents, etc. - Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, such as health insurances and pension providers - Maintain accurate online records of employee information in the HRIS (Workday) and case management tool - Prepare and issue various employment documentation and verification letters - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Work accurately and carefully to ensure all HR processes are handled correctly Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Masters degree - At least 1 year of operative HR experience in HR Operations, HR Process Management, Employee or Customer service, On-boarding and Off-boarding - Knowledge of German labor law and experience in HR management are desirable - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with emphasis on tact and diplomacy - Ability to handle personal data with confidentiality - Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude - Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using G-Suite and MS Office 365 is a benefit Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited is committed to maintaining a positive and accessible atmosphere that promotes diversity across various dimensions including cultures, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, and the LGBTI community.
