HR Assistant - Plant

You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. This includes maintaining employee records in both soft and hard copies, processing documentation, and preparing reports related to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations. Additionally, you will be required to communicate with employees regarding HR-related queries and support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts. Daily attendance management and handling health and safety related work will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain employee records in both soft and hard copies - Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities - Communicate with employees regarding HR-related queries - Support the recruitment/hiring process - Manage daily attendance - Handle health and safety related work Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in HR (Preferred) - 2 years of experience in human resources management (Preferred) - 2 years of experience in plant management (Preferred) - Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (Preferred) Please note that this is a full-time job with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the preferred location is Rajkot, Gujarat. You should have good communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to effectively tackle and solve employee problems. This position requires you to manage all HR-related tasks easily.
