HR and Operations Associate Intern

This is an Unpaid internship which focuses on ideal candidates looking to gain practical experience in HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and operational documentation.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up communications with candidates, clients, or potential leads for HR and marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operational support.
• Help organize team meetings, onboarding sessions, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduates/Freshers with interest in HR career path are welcome
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence.
• Good organizational skills, positive attitude, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR or operations functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Internship Period 2 Months
