Job Description: Role Overview: - As an HR and Office Administration professional, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and overseeing the administrative tasks of the office. - Your role will involve handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and other HR activities. - Additionally, you will be in charge of managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. - Handle employee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are integrated into the company effectively. - Address employee queries and concerns, and provide support in various HR-related matters. - Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training programs. - Oversee office administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and managing office facilities. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in HR roles and office administration is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and external partners. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software systems would be advantageous. Work Location: - This position requires you to work in person at the designated office location.
