Job Description

Customer: - (Philips Lighting India, Signify Innovation, USHA, Orient, JTEKT, Donaldson India, ITL Sonalika,

Department and Designation: - Production HPDC Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Location: - Tatarpur-Prithla, Palwal

Role & responsibilities

Expertise in Aluminum High-pressure Die Casting (HPDC) production & process.
Handling of die-casting machines (like YUZUMI) ranging from 180 Tons to 1100 Tons.
Having hands-on experience in M/C setting, die setting, casting components quality

checking, and handling shift independently.

Taking trial of new dies, monitoring & setting process parameters & freezing it for mass production.
Monitoring of Production losses and taking action to reduce the same.
Preparing a die loading plan monthly & daily according to inventory stock.
Manpower planning and allocation as per the requirement.
Conforming to the product and process parameters as per the specification in High Pressure Die Casting.
Documentation and records maintenance as per ITAF 16949.
To know and implement 5S, 4M.
Achieve production Target.
