You are a Senior Attorney specializing in real estate transactions with 4 to 6 years of experience post-qualification. Your role based in Mumbai involves managing the entire process from documentation to execution of real estate deals, including title diligence, conveyancing, and structuring, in close collaboration with the Associate Partner. Your responsibilities include drafting and reviewing various agreements such as development agreements, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, joint development agreements, redevelopment contracts, MoUs, Leave & License Agreements, RERA documentation, agreements for sale, sale deeds, property transfer documents, society resolutions, indemnities, title documents, title reports, search summaries, and legal opinions. In addition, you will conduct and supervise title due diligence for land parcels, buildings, and redevelopment projects, coordinate with clients, developers, societies, architects, and sub-registrars, provide support in structuring real estate transactions, manage RERA compliance documentation and society representation, ensure version control of documentation, and track timelines for execution. Requirements for this role include a deep understanding of real estate law, title verification, regulatory compliance (RERA, MOFA, etc.), strong experience in drafting and closing real estate transaction documents, prior experience with housing societies, developers, and property acquisitions, an LLB degree with 4-6 years of real estate practice, the ability to independently manage files and client expectations, and a willingness to work full-time from the Nariman Point office. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the Nariman Point office.,
