Housekeeping Supervisor

We are a 3-star hotel located in the hearts of the city of Bengaluru, being Karnataka Golf Association (KGA) the center of attraction.

We are looking for hard working, dedicated, sincere and loyal housekeeping supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Conduct room and area inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Assign rooms and tasks to room attendants and cleaners.
• Monitor staff performance and report any issues to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and guest service.
• Maintain housekeeping records including checklists and daily reports.
• Ensure adequate availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest complaints or requests courteously and promptly.
• Coordinate with the front office for room readiness and special guest requests.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
