Housekeeping Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks, oversee staff performance, and ensure cleanliness in rooms and common areas. You will also be in charge of scheduling shifts, maintaining cleanliness standards, and participating in special cleaning projects when necessary. Your role involves ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks - Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis - Checking rooms and common areas for cleanliness - Scheduling shifts and arranging replacements for absent staff - Establishing cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards - Participating in large cleaning projects as required - Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies - Taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock - Maintaining reports of the housekeeping activities and updating seniors accordingly Qualifications Required: - 1 year of total work experience preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and a performance bonus.
