Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance:Ensuring all areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, public areas, and offices, are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
  • Inventory Management:Managing cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control:Conducting regular inspections to evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, and addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Infection Control:Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and health regulations, including proper handling of biomedical waste.
  • Communication & Collaboration:Effectively communicating with staff, other departments, and hospital administration to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Training & Development:Providing training to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment.
  • Developing Procedures:Creating and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of the facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,058.95 - ₹22,181.31 per month
