As a Room Attendant, your main responsibility will be to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests. This involves greeting guests warmly and addressing any queries they may have. You will also be in charge of changing bed linens, making beds, and replacing used towels and bathroom amenities like shampoo and soap. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms by sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting and polishing furniture, and emptying trash containers and ashtrays. You will also restock beverages and food items in the minibar and clean public areas such as corridors. It will be your duty to report any technical issues and maintenance needs to the appropriate department. You will also need to update the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet and return and restock the cleaning cart at the end of your shift. This is a Full-time position with benefits including food provided. The schedule will involve rotational shifts, and there is a yearly bonus for employees.,
