Housekeeping Incharge for restaurant

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and cleaning standards
• Manage housekeeping inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, amenities)
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office and Maintenance
• Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements
• Maintain records of rooms, laundry, and staff rosters
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team-management
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment

Experience:
2–5 years in housekeeping; supervisory experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
