Housekeeping Facilitator

As a Facilitator for Housekeeping Operations, your role involves delivering and continuously improving training programs, collating and sharing feedback, developing reinforcements, and evaluating outcomes. You will be instructing and facilitating learners, particularly 12th pass & Graduates, in classrooms and workshops to impart skills in Hospitality in Room division with the aim of making them employable. Your responsibility includes delivering the curriculum as designed by the Organization. Key Responsibilities: - Motivate trainees through effective training methodologies in both group and individual classroom settings - Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, and learning tools to ensure maximum effectiveness of training delivery - Conduct specific training needs assessments to support design, development, and delivery - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs, providing necessary feedback for improvements - Partner with students in their learning process to ensure a positive impact on the scorecard - Support mobilisation team for learners" mobilisation - Conduct classroom and practical assessments for learners and evaluate their performance Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree from IHM & Management Trainees will be given preference - 3-5 years of experience in a 5-star category Hotel with a background in House Keeping Department - Knowledge of Mechanised cleaning and cleaning agents - Knowledge of Departmental SOPs is desired - Excellent English communication skills, fluent in Hotel English and phraseology - Good networking in City Hotels to assess Placement Demand and organize Placement Drive Please note that the work location is in person, and the job type is Full-time, Permanent.
