Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge on guest handling and queries .
• Ensure the hotel, rooms, and common areas are clean and presentable.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the concerned department immediately.
• Handle guest requests.
• Patience & team coordination is very important.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out.

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada).
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
• Honest, hardworking & ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
