Housekeeping Attendant

Housekeeping plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and comfort. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:

Core Duties

• Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies; change linens and towels; replenish amenities.
• Public Area Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, corridors, lounges, and recreational areas.
• Laundry Services: Handle washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.

Guest-Facing Responsibilities

• Turndown Service: Provide evening room refresh with fresh towels, dimmed lights, and bed preparation.
• Lost & Found Handling: Secure and log items left behind by guests and assist in their return.
• Special Requests: Respond to guest needs like extra pillows, baby cots, or cleaning at specific times.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report issues like broken fixtures, leaks, or malfunctioning appliances.
• Room Status Updates: Communicate room readiness and cleaning status to the front desk.
• Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Follow protocols for sanitation, especially in high-touch areas and during health crises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
