Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team at the Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Identify and report maintece or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is necessary.
Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies is expected.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are preferred.
