About the Role: We are looking for a highly presentable and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Directors in administrative, operational, strategic and personal tasks. This role requires exceptional communication skills, organisational efficiency, and discretion in handling confidential matters. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: - Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements - Handle emails, correspondence, and confidential documents- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes - Track action items and follow up on key deliverables Operational & Administrative Tasks: - Oversee office management, coordination with departments, and vendor relations - Process bills and expenses, and liaise with accounts - Arrange domestic/international travel, including visa and accommodation bookings - Manage documentation and data records Task & Project Management: -Assist in executing strategic initiatives led by the director -Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for timely project completion -Manage onboarding at multibrand outlets (online & offline) by coordinating line sheets, providing necessary data, and ensuring all documentation is in place- Coordinate and support brand shoots, campaigns, and events- Create and maintain reports/MIS as required - Oversee and support the hiring process from drafting job descriptions and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires Personal Assistance & Event Coordination: - Manage personal appointments, schedules, and related responsibilities - Coordinate and oversee corporate events, business dinners, and brand engagements Who Should Apply? The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for utilising product knowledge to provide fashion consulting services, communicate effectively with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales through personalized recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, including themes, colours, and preferred styles for their attire. Collaborate closely to understand their individual tastes, body types, and cultural or religious considerations. Liaise with seamstresses, tailors, and other professionals to facilitate necessary alterations. Take precise measurements of clients to ensure accurate fittings and alterations. Maximising sales and profitability through excellent customer service. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through attentive communication, personalised service, and timely follow-ups. Achieve sales targets by effectively recommending and promoting products to clients. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
