House Caretaker

• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of the house/property.
• Supervise household staff (if any) and allocate duties.
• Handle minor repairs or coordinate with external service providers for maintenance.
• Maintain household supplies, groceries, and inventory.
• Oversee security of the property and ensure all doors, windows, and systems are secured.
• Assist in meal preparation, laundry, and other domestic duties as required.
• Attend to guests and provide basic hospitality support.
• Report any damages, repairs, or unusual activity to the homeowner/manager.
• Maintain a record of expenses and purchases (if required).
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Prior experience in housekeeping, property maintenance, or caretaking preferred.
• Knowledge of basic home maintenance and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to handle household equipment and cleaning tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
