Hotel Security Manager

As a Security Manager at our 5-star hotel in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of our guests, staff, and assets. Your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and collaborating with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with security regulations. You will lead the security team by handling recruitment, training, and performance management. It is essential for you to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security management, preferably in a 5-star hotel, and possess a strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English will be crucial for this role. In this fast-paced environment, you must be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Additionally, you will be required to develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensure compliance with hotel policies and security standards, and provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns and complaints.
