Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to escalate room and F&B sales at Mansarover Hotel, Ayub Khan Chauraha. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel’s brand presence, drive bookings, and increase overall revenue. Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Sales : Targeting and marketing with corporate clients. 2. Online Booking Portal Management Manage and optimize the hotel’s presence on various online booking platforms (e.g.,MMT, Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) 3. Digital Marketing: Managing Digital presence to drive bookings. 4, Customer Engagement: Manage online reputation and guest feedback, ensuring positive reviews and quick responses to guest inquiries. Develop and implement strategies to foster customer loyalty and repeat business. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of online booking platforms (MMT, Agoda, Cleartrip, Booking.com, etc.) and experience managing these portals. Proficiency in computer is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Civil Lines, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Hotel management: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
