Job Summary:

Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hotel Reservation Specialist to manage domestic and international hotel bookings for our clients. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-friendly, and familiar with major hotel booking portals and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel booking requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM system.
• Search, compare, and reserve hotels as per client budget and travel requirements.
• Book through platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.
• Coordinate with hotels for special requests, early check-ins, late check-outs, etc.
• Process amendments, cancellations, and refund requests when necessary.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update internal systems.
• Ensure timely sharing of booking confirmations and invoices with clients.
• Keep updated on hotel deals, group discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Coordinate with the tour and travel team for seamless client service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or any relevant stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel bookings/reservations.
• Sound knowledge of online hotel reservation portals and OTAs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM usage.
• Ability to multitask and manage urgent requests under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling both domestic and international hotel bookings.
• Knowledge of visa or tour-related processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with B2B hotel booking networks or APIs is an advantage.
