Hotel Receptionist

As a Hotel Receptionist at Sri Kamadhenu Residency, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and smooth front office operations for the guests. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming guests professionally and in a friendly manner. - Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures. - Handling room reservations, cancellations, and modifications. - Answering phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. - Providing information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services. - Maintaining guest records and ensuring accurate billing. - Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs. - Handling guest complaints promptly and professionally. - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Degree in Hotel Management (mandatory) - Freshers can apply (training will be provided). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation software preferred). - Ability to work independently during night shifts. - Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
