Job Description:

We are looking for a pleasant and well-groomed Receptionist (Female) to manage front desk operations at our villa resort in Marayoor, Munnar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to provide high-quality guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Attend phone calls, emails, and booking inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth guest stay.
• Maintain guest records and reservation details accurately.
• Address guest queries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions (if required).
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and services.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Good communication skills in English and local language (additional languages are a plus).
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking systems).
• Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
• Prior experience in hotel or resort front office is preferred.
