Hotel Receptionist Female

Job Title: Female Hotel Receptionist (Day Shift)

Working Hours: Day Shift (Timings will be discussed)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, responsible female receptionist to work at our hotel during the day shift. This is a permanent job.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and do their check-in and check-out
• Answer phone calls and take room bookings
• Talk to guests politely and help them with their questions
• Keep records of guests and bills properly
• Check if rooms are cleaned properly after checkout
• If not cleaned well, ask the roomboy/housekeeping to clean again
• Check if everything in the hotel is neat, clean, and in order
• Check and keep track of items like bedsheets, towels, soap, etc.
• Tell the manager if there is any problem in rooms or hotel
• Do any other work given by the hotel owner or manager

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Should be polite, responsible, and well-mannered
• Should know basic computer use (typing, using software, etc.)
• Should be able to talk in Hindi, English, and local language
• Experience in hotel work is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
