Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The role involves managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out, answering queries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and cash/credit transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work in 9 to 12-hour rotational shifts.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
