Good comfortable stay. House keeping should be more prompt. Food quality was good . Room size is smaller than other polo tower hotels . Breakfast buffets was really good. Pabitra the house keeping guy was really nice to the guest . Looking forward to visit again.

Had a pleasant stay in Polo Towers. We were there for 3 nights. The service was really good and Ms. Bala needs a special mention. The only negative that we could find was that the bathroom was a bit congested and the room was dark. Apart from it our stay was awesome. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Shillong.

The hotel is located at the city center and most of the places can be reached within a few minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and co-operative. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff specially Mr. Subojeet is very hardworking. The food at ginger hotel was delicious
