Description
Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including developing work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing feedback Guest experience: Ensuring guests have a positive experience by meeting and greeting them, addressing complaints, and responding to queries Hotel operations: Overseeing multiple departments, such as housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, and maintenance Financial management: Managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and controlling expenditure Marketing and sales: Promoting and marketing the business, developing sales strategies, and analyzing sales figures Health and safety: Ensuring the hotel meets health and safety standards, including implementing safety protocols and training staff on emergency procedures Compliance: Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations Events and conferences: Overseeing events and conferences, and ensuring they run smoothly Maintenance: Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 5 years (Required) Hotel management : 7 years (Required) Work Location: In person
