Job Overview:

The Embedded Head is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients while ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions. This role involves balancing client satisfaction with operational execution and profitability, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

20-25 years of experience in Embedded Head role with expertise in System Architecture Design & Development.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Electronics & Telecommunication (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle including Prototyping, Testing, and Documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead embedded systems development projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain complex embedded systems using C programming language.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Develop system architectures that meet customer requirements and industry standards (e.g., PLC).
Ensure compliance with product development life cycle processes such as prototyping, testing, and documentation.
