Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden located in Indore. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties include maintaining discipline, overseeing daily operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, coordinating with parents and staff, and organizing recreational activities. The role demands a compassionate and approachable attitude, fostering a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hostel management and student supervision
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to enforce discipline and maintain order
• Experience in first aid and emergency response is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents
• Proficiency in local languages is advantageous
