As a Hostel Warden, your primary responsibility will be to maintain discipline, ensure safety, and promote the well-being of students residing in the hostel. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, addressing student concerns promptly, and acting as a supportive guardian within the hostel environment. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain discipline and order within the hostel premises - Ensure the safety and security of all students - Address any student concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner - Foster a positive and supportive environment for students to thrive - Coordinate with the hostel management team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Required: - A graduate degree in any discipline - Proven experience in student supervision or related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students and staff members Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
