We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible Hostel Wardens to manage our boys' and girls' hostels, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our students.

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day administration and smooth functioning of the hostels
• Address and resolve hostel-related issues promptly
• Monitor and coordinate regular maintenance of hostel facilities
• Ensure safety and security measures are strictly followed for students
• Manage student supervision and support their needs effectively

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduation degree
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in student supervision or residential management
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures
• Patience and ability to handle conflicts or disciplinary matters tactfully
• Empathy and understanding towards student welfare
