Job Description

Location: Rai Technology University, Bangalore Campus Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Female Hostel Warden to oversee the well-being and safety of our students residing in the hostel at Rai Technology University. The ideal candidate will ensure a supportive and nurturing environment while maintaining discipline and promoting a positive living experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily hostel operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all residents. Address student concerns and provide guidance on personal and academic matters. Implement and enforce hostel rules and regulations. Organize and facilitate activities to promote community engagement among residents. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and parents. Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and incidents. Collaborate with university administration to enhance hostel services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Previous experience in a similar role or in student welfare is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions. Compassionate and approachable demeanor. Proficient in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).
