Hostel Warden – Nursing College Hostel

We are hiring a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden for our Nursing College Hostel. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, caring, and capable of managing day-to-day hostel operations while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hostel operations and ensure student discipline
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the hostel premises
• Handle student grievances and provide support when needed
• Coordinate with college management for student welfare and hostel facilities
• Ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Prior experience in hostel management (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Should be proactive, approachable, and responsible
• Preference will be given to candidates with leadership and problem-solving abilities
