Job Summary:Male Hostel Warden The Male Hostel Warden is responsible for the day-to-day management and discipline of male hostel residents. He ensures a safe, healthy, and supportive living environment, facilitates student welfare, and maintains hostel regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain discipline, order, and decorum among the male students. Monitor daily routines: attendance, curfew timings, cleanliness, and hygiene. Ensure the safety and security of all residents. Handle complaints and resolve disputes among hostel residents. Maintain hostel inventory and infrastructure. Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep. Provide first-level counseling or refer to counselors for student issues. Maintain records of students: in-out registers, visitor logs, etc. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas. Ensure compliance with institutional rules and hostel policies. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in hostel/student management). Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergencies and enforce discipline. Should be physically fit and willing to stay on campus (if residential). Job Title: Female Hostel Warden (Nurse) Job Summary: The Female Hostel Warden (Nurse) is responsible for overseeing the well-being of female hostel residents, with a special focus on healthcare support. The role combines hostel administration with basic nursing care to support the students' health and discipline. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and discipline of the female hostel. Monitor students’ attendance, movement, and curfew adherence. Provide basic first aid and nursing care to residents when needed. Maintain student health records and monitor sick students. Arrange for medical appointments and emergency care as necessary. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, bathrooms, and dining areas. Maintain medical inventory and supplies in the hostel. Serve as a liaison between students and parents for health and welfare matters. Provide emotional and moral support to students. Maintain proper documentation related to hostel administration and healthcare. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM/BSc Nursing preferred). Registered Nurse with relevant certifications. Experience in hostel management or residential care preferred. Compassionate, disciplined, and responsible. Willingness to reside on campus and work flexible hours.
