Job Title: Hostel Warden (Male) Location: Holy Cross College of Management and Technology Puttady Idukki Kerala Type: Full-Time | Residential About Us: Holy Cross College of Management and Technology Puttady is a reputed institution offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs from 2003 onwards. We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and disciplined environment for our students. We are currently seeking a responsible and proactive Hostel Warden to manage our student hostels. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure discipline among students. Maintain records of hostel residents and manage hostel admissions. Address students’ concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the hostel premises. Monitor entry and exit timings and enforce hostel rules and regulations. Coordinate with the college administration and parents when necessary. Handle emergency situations with care and responsibility. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hostel/educational institution management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be mature, disciplined, and approachable. Ability to manage students from diverse backgrounds. Willingness to stay on campus (accommodation will be provided). Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
