VVT Coaching Centre is looking for a responsible and dedicated female Hostel Warden to manage the daily operations and ensure the well-being, safety, and discipline of residents in our women’s hostel. The warden will live on-site and play a key role in maintaining a positive and secure hostel environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day activities and routine of hostel residents Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of all hostel students Maintain order and cleanliness in the hostel premises Handle any issues related to hostel operations, student behavior, and complaints Maintain records of hostel attendance and leave taken by students Coordinate with the coaching centre staff and parents when necessary Monitor entry and exit timings of residents and ensure compliance with hostel rules Be available on-call for any emergency situations Requirements: Only female candidates will be considered (for women’s hostel) Must be reliable, calm under pressure, and able to handle young students with patience Prior experience as a hostel warden or in a supervisory role is an advantage Basic knowledge of record-keeping and administration Must be willing to stay full-time in the hostel (accommodation and food provided) Age: Preferably between 27 to 55 years Perks & Benefits: Free accommodation within the hostel premises Nutritious meals provided daily Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have as an Hostel Warden?
