Hostel Warden/ Dy. Warden- Male/Female

· Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.

· Ensure the safety and security of all residents.

· Enforce hostel rules and regulations.

· Manage hostel staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.

· Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by residents.

· Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hostel activities.

· Coordinate with external vendors for hostel supplies and services.

· Organize hostel events and activities to promote community engagement.

· Handle emergencies and crises situations effectively.

· Education: Post Graduation

· Experience: 5 to 6 Years.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

· Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.

· Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
