Hospitality Sales & Operations Manager

Looking for a Hospitality Sales & Operations Manager to manage our Airbnb properties in Bandra west.

Candidate should also preferably be located in the Bandra West, Khar West, Santa Cruz West, Juhu, Mahim area or near the vicinity.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE :

• MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY (hotel, guest house, resort, home sales)
• TECH SAVVY - SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE APPS ON SMARTPHONE & LAPTOP
• Speaks and writes good English
• Excellent customer service
• Strong negotiation skills to drive sales
• Able to supervise, train & motivate hospitality assistant
• Able to get the job done
• Able to commute

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Respond promptly to sales inquiries and crack deals

2. Manage check-in /check-out of the guests

2. Supervise the cleaning of the apartments

3. Coordinate with the cleaning staff

4. Handle the maintenance of the apartments (co-ordinating with the maintenance team : AC, plumber, gas, etc.)

5. Doing miscellaneous errands and getting the job done
