Hospitality Sales and Operations Manager

Looking for a Hospitality Sales & Operations Manager to manage our Airbnb properties in South Delhi.

Candidate should also preferably be located in South-Delhi area, like : Vasant Vihar, Vasant Kunj, Shanti Kunj, Munirka, RK Puram, Anand Niketan, Shanti Niketan , West End, etc.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE :

• Speaks and writes good English
• Excellent customer service
• Strong negotiation skills to drive sales
• Able to supervise, train & motivate hospitality assistant
• Able to get the job done
• Able to commute

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Promptly respond to sales inquiries and crack deals

2. Manage check-in /check-out of the guests

2. Supervise the cleaning of the apartments

3. Coordinating with the cleaning staff

4. Handling the maintenance of the apartments (co-ordinating with the maintenance team : AC, plumber, gas, etc.)

5. Doing miscellaneous errands and getting the job done
