Experience: You should possess a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Healthcare B2B sales, with a preference for backgrounds in Medical Device, Distribution Networking Pharmacy, Healthcare/Healthtech products, Software Sales, home healthcare sales, hospital tie-ups, Insurance, gynecology, or Pediatric sectors. Qualification: You must be a Graduate in Sciences/Engineering with an added advantage of an MBA degree. Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to enhance revenue growth and meet sales targets for medical devices. You should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in dealing with corporate hospitals, enterprise hospitals, mid-scale hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and clinics. Establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions for promoting medical devices, services subscription plans, and value-added offerings will be a key focus. Furthermore, promoting products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, clinics, purchase managers, and patients, as well as selling software solutions to various medical facilities will be part of your role. Building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners, along with conducting competition analysis and market planning, will also be expected. Developing a funnel of prospects, creating models for agents and commissions in different geographies, and monitoring expenses to protect the bottom line are additional responsibilities. Technical Skills: You are required to have a clear understanding of B2B Healthcare Sales and Business Development Operations, along with knowledge of service delivery operations. Mind-set & Behaviours: Your communication and collaboration skills should be excellent. You should be creative, clear-thinking, result-oriented, organized, and meticulous in your approach.
