We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our busy eye hospital . The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, assist patients with appointment scheduling, and provide a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner Manage incoming phone calls, appointment bookings, and patient queries Coordinate with doctors, optical staff, and billing desk for smooth workflow Maintain patient records and update follow-ups Ensure front desk cleanliness and reception readiness Handle OPD billing and assist in basic documentation Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed Requirements: Experience:Freshers welcome (training will be provided) Education: Minimum +2 / Any degree Skills: Good communication in Tamil & English, basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets) Pleasant personality with excellent customer service attitude Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly call 6369917429 Mrs.Geethanjali Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
