Hospital Pharmacist

As a Pharmacist at this company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Prescription Filling - Attend to the doctors" prescriptions at the sales counter and advise patients on the dosage of medicines - Dispense drugs based on the doctor's prescription; in case of unavailability, arrange from in-house pharmacies for 100% prescription honor - Consult with the doctor before substituting medicines - Cross-check the medicines issued with the bill, ensuring accuracy in patient name, item name, quantity, and expiry date - Customer Service - Counsel patients/customers on health and medicine reactions - Maintain good relationships with customers and doctors - Manage free home delivery register and ensure timely delivery of medicines - Handle inbound calls focusing on drug information, patient counseling, and free home delivery orders - Address patient queries and issues related to drug therapy and information - Handle cash at the billing counter when necessary - Cold Chain Management - Store drugs under proper refrigeration and security conditions - Inventory Management & Sales - Enter stocks in the computer system and cross-check receipts from stores - Maintain records for out-of-stock items and ensure follow-up - Conduct regular physical stock tallies by category twice a week - Verify fast-moving items rack-wise daily - Ensure smooth shift hand-over and take-over procedures - Focus on sales targets and strive to achieve them - Check item details like quantity, MRP, batch number, and expiry date upon receipt - Manage billing processes - Perform any other tasks assigned by the in-charge as needed The company requires candidates to have the following qualifications: - B. Pharmacy/ D. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy with TG-PCI - Freshers and experienced candidates, both male and female, are eligible - Education: B.Pharma in Pharmacy (UG), B.Pharma or M Pharma in Pharmacy (PG) - Key Skills: Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology - Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Please note that a B.Pharm qualification is mandatory for the positions available.,
